We are happy to accommodate any last minute bookings should scheduling allow. Any event booked within 1 week of event date is subject to a rush order fee of $50. Should the request be made during our peak seasons it is up to the discretion of the artist based on their availability and accessibility of materials.

We kindly ask for a nonrefundable security deposit of $150 to secure your date and time as well as cover the beginning stages of research and clerical work necessary to begin the design process. We ask that your deposit be ready when placing your initial inquiry. This amount will be applied to your overall balance when the design process has been completed. Cash, check and venmo are accepted.

We understand life happens and not always in our favor. When emergencies arise please let us know about your change of plans as soon as possible and we will do our very best to accommodate your new date. Although your security deposit is nonrefundable, we would be more than happy to apply it to a future celebration within 90 days of booking with us. 

In the occurrence of a cancellation within 1 week of the event date, full payment is still expected and owed as all materials have been ordered and utilized, employees and venders have been booked and all scheduling has already been finalized. 

Full payment for your event is asked to be completed by the day PRIOR to your installation. If you have chosen to pay with cash or check and have communicated this to your coordinator, full payment the morning of installation is accepted.

Cash, check and Venmo are accepted. 

Sadly we do not offer discounts for cash transactions.

If you prefer to use credit card via our website /invoicing app, an additional 3.6% fee will be applied to each online transaction completed. 

SUMMER:

We strongly recommend any displays booked during the summer months be designed for a shaded or indoor area. Although our balloons and florals are top quality they are not indestructible and will be ruined by direct sunlight, intense humidity and high temperatures. We also strongly recommend light color palettes if possible.

WINTER:

Luckily, we have yet to have an instance where we were forced to cancel due to winter storm conditions. Please note that PTL will not be cancelling our services due to weather unless New Hampshire or Massachusetts has declared a state of emergency. So unless the roads are closed - If you're partying then we're partying!
