Start by filling out our event inquiry form on the Contact Us tab.
We will respond to you within 3 days of receipt to begin discussing event details, design concepts, color palettes and budgets. Please be as detailed in your messages as you can!
We also kindly ask that you be prepared to place your $150 security deposit to secure your special date and time.
Please know that our creative gears are turning from the moment we open your email. Always striving for the perfect display options for you, our team will work and rework your concepts until they're exactly what you pictured.
Once accepted we will send out an official invoice/contract outlining your purchase and the services provided. Your received deposit will be represented on this form.
Your big day is finally here!
You should have heard from us one week prior to confirm all details. and your final payment should be completed. Now you can relax and wait for the balloon magic to happen.
When our artist has completed your install We'll take a few photos for our portfolio and you can finally get your party on!

We ask that as soon as you know you're celebrating, give us call! We are a small team and can only handle so many bookings in one day. Nothing breaks our hearts more than to turn down an event due to scheduling conflicts. The sooner you're on the books, the better!
However, we do understand that last minute celebrations happen and we're here for those too! It never hurts to give us a call or send an inquiry. We promise to always do what we can to accommodate reasonable requests!
We never want to be excluded from a party. However, we find that the entire design process is less stressful for everyone involved when the concepts and materials are handled by PTL. We have trusted suppliers that provide us with top quality product at the lowest prices possible which means you can rest easy knowing you're getting the best designs and displays for your event for the best prices possible!
Our displays are works of art within the service industry. We pour our heart and soul (sometimes tears) into our creations and hope you love them as much as we do. If you feel satisfied with your purchase and would like to give a little something extra to your artist it is ALWAYS appreciated! The general gratuity rule in the service industry is 20% but it is entirely at your discretion. Only you know what you are comfortable spending.
Believe it or not we haven't come across any outrageous requests yet. Here at PTL we believe there's ALWAYS a reason to celebrate, we don't discriminate. Whether it's a baby shower or funeral, wedding or divorce, we're here for you and all of life's milestones !
